Villamanda is accessed from the upper level car park and staff accommodation area affording excellent security.The second level is presented as a pool villa with full length sliding glass doors opening onto a veranda and a plunge pool. The open plan kitchen and dining area looks west towards the sea. The large master bedroom features an en suite bathroom. This level also has a guest bathroom. The lower level has two large en suite bedrooms with full length glass sliding doors opening out onto a veranda and an adjoining media /living room.

All rooms are air conditioned and fully furnished to a high safety standard including a fully earthed electrical system. Multi channel satellite TV and DVD/CD players are featured along with a WIFI broadband internet connection. The villa provides a daily maid service and upon request the Estate management can arrange private catering and other personal services for the guests. The Estate has a private full size tennis court for villa residents and guests.
